OTTAWA – Baseball Canada and the Thunder Bay International Baseball Association (TBIBA) are pleased to announce the game schedule for the five-game, Canada vs USA Women’s Baseball Friendship Series that is set to take place in Thunder Bay, Ontario from July 28 – August 1.
DUNEDIN, Florida – The Junior National Team is participating in a Pre-Draft Training for the next 12 days based out of the Toronto Blue Jays Player Development Complex (PDC) in Dunedin.
OTTAWA – Baseball Canada is pleased to announce the names of 30 athletes who’ve been invited to attend the Junior National Team’s Pre-MLB Draft Training Camp based in Dunedin, Florida from May 31 – June 11.
JUAN DOLIO, Dominican Republic – From May 11 to May 23 the Junior National Team program will play a 16 game tour over 12 days facing 15 different MLB professional academies in the Dominican Republic.
OTTAWA – To honour the late Amanda Asay, Baseball Canada will formally retire her #19 from the Women’s National Team program at a ceremony in Nelson, BC prior to a Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Academy Youth Baseball Clinic being held in her memory on Sunday, May 15th.

Job Description: The Programs Summer Intern is primarily responsible for assisting with the day to day administrative operations of Baseball Canada Programs. This is a great opportunity for a college or university student to be part of the daily operations of a National Sport Organization. Successful applicants will have the opportunity for added responsibility contingent on progress and level of proficiency. Applicants in the field of Sport Management, Communications, Recreation Management, Human Kinetics, Health Education, Public Administration and other related fields would benefit from this experience.
OTTAWA - Baseball Canada would like to congratulate Women’s National Team athletes Claire Eccles (Surrey, BC), Alexane Fournier (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC) and Alli Schroder (Fruitvale, BC) on their invitations to participate in the Australian Women’s Baseball Showcase that will take place at the Geelong Baseball Centre in Geelong, Australia from May 5-8.
WEST PALM BEACH, Florida – The Junior National Team program is currently holding a spring training camp at Ballpark of the Palm Beaches, the spring training home of the Houston Astros and Washington Nationals.
