 15U Bantam Boys

All ten provinces will descend to Vaughan, Ontario to begin their quest to capture the 2013 version of the 15U Boys Bantam Championship.  The city, located, just north of Toronto, will be host for the four-day tournament and will see all games separated between three different fields.  Vaughan also has a team registered in the tournament.

Team Ontario – last year’s champions – will look to defend their title on home turf, while the ten other teams will look to knock them off the podium.  There are eleven teams total in the tournament that sees five teams in Pool A and six teams in Pool B.  Action begins bright and early with three games scheduled for 8:30a.m. ET.  All games can be followed through the Pointstreak link at the bottom of the page.

16U Bantam Girls Invitational

This year’s event will see all teams travel out east to Bedford, Nova Scotia to compete in the invitational.  The four-day event will feature three days of round-robin play that will determine the final standings and matchups for Sunday.  There will be no semi-final matchups, which means the first and second place teams will play in the Gold medal game and the third and fourth place teams will play for Bronze.

Québec comes to the tournament as the defending champions, and will be motivated to keep their title for another year.  First pitch is scheduled for 10:00a.m. ADT that sees Ontario take on Newfoundland and Labrador.

Senior Men

The host team from Windsor, ON, will look to follow in the footsteps of last year’s host by winning the Senior Men’s Championship on home soil.  Host Prince George (British Columbia) won the tournament a year ago by edging out Team Ontario.  The team will be placed in Pool A with four other teams, and Pool B will fit the other five.  Opening Day starts at 9:00a.m. with Manitoba battling new Brunswick.  All medal round games will be played Sunday and the matchups will be determined through round-robin play.
