All games will be played at Queen Elizabeth Park (QEP), located on 199 Summer Street. This event will use both the Very Important Volunteer Field (VIV Field) along with the Gordie Arsenault Field, both located within the complex.
90 rooms have been booked at Hotels around the City. Teams are asked to contact Event Chair, Tanner Doiron at email@example.com to book rooms at an Event hotel. This will be a first come first serve basis. The host commitee is not responsible for any accomodation costs for teams, they will simply help in accomodating you at a local hotel for the event!

There will be an official event welcome barbecue that is mandatory for all teams to attend. It will take place at Credit Union Place located on 511 Notre Dame Street, Summerside PE. The welcome barbecue will start at 6:00 pm in Conference Hall A on Wednesday, September 12th
The official event coaches meeting which is mandatory for all team representatives to attend, will take place at Credit Union Place located on 511 Notre Dame Street Summerside, PE following the "Welcome Barbecue". The Coaches meeting will start at approx. 7:45 pm in Conference Hall A on Wednesday, September 12th.
Accreditations will be provided to each individual listed on your official roster. Team representatives will be given these accreditations at the Coaches Meeting on Wednesday September 12th. In order for team players, coaches and representatives to be allowed into the complex free of charge, they MUST wear their accreditations

Umpires will stay at the Causeway Bay Hotel along with Baseball Canada Representatives. Rooms have already been pre-booked for Umpires, Umpire Supervisor and Assistant Umpire Supervisors.
