PRACTICES Practice times- We are now accepting practice time requests for both on field and in batting cage time slots. I understand that some provinces are not yet to know what team will be representing them at this National event, so this process may be a bit difficult at this time. With that being said the deadline for requests that must be made to me; is no later than Monday August 14th at 9:00am. This National event will be held at our Queen Elizabeth Park complex (QEP) with games being played on “Legends field” and “Very Important Volunteers field” (VIV Field). Practices will be held ONLY on the third field to this complex the “Gordie Arsenault Field” and are not able to be scheduled for the actual playing fields. This is to ensure we are able to provide each one of your teams the absolute best well-kept field conditions throughout the entire event. The process for practice times and batting cage bookings is going to be quite simple. It will be a first come first serve basis for those who choose to reply to this email. I will then send out an official schedule to all teams and Baseball Canada on August 14th. *Transportation is available to and from practices by those who request it.* I look forward to making this process as simple and pleasing to all teams as possible. Any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me.
