We are pleased to welcome you to Cloverdale this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championship will be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outline details regarding our championship so that your experience in Cloverdale will be an enjoyable one. Once again, we are very pleased to be your hosts for this year’s Baseball Canada 13U National Western Championship!
Venue
The venue for the 2019 Baseball Canada 13U National Western Championship is Cloverdale Ball Park, located at 17383 61A Avenue, Surrey BC.
Tickets
In Cloverdale we do not believe in making parents pay to watch their kids play. We will not charge you for parking, and we will not charge you to come enjoy watching the great game play that we are all looking forward to. But don’t worry, we do have our concession on site (the best in the city), and we will have a silent auction and other opportunities for you to leave a little money behind!
Team/Player Information
Arrival: Wednesday August 14 by 4:00 pm
Welcome Event – There will be a welcome event hosted (involving food!) on the evening of the opening ceremonies. Food will be provided to all players, coaches and umpires, starting at 5:00 pm.
Pre-Tournament Meeting – Wednesday August 14 time, following the opening ceremony.
Tournament Photos – A professional photographer will be on site during the tournament, taking action shots during games, and offering photos and packages for sale. Feel free to discuss and make arrangements with them for any ideas or requests that you may have for your players or team.
Opening Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies will take place Wednesday August 14 6:30 pm at Cloverdale Ball Park on Field #4
Transportation
Team are responsible for their own transportation. We will have free parking on site. If your team is travelling by bus, which needs to be parked on site during the tournament, please let us know so that we can make necessary arrangements.

All arranged accommodations are available from your arrival on Wednesday August 14 to your departure on Sunday, August 18.
