TEAM INFORMATION
Teams must arrive in London no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
Teams must register at Fanshawe College at that time and all participants must be ready outside the Fanshawe College Merlin Residence building at 5:15 pm to board busses to the Welcoming Party at East Park Golf and Water Park. Participation at this party is mandatory.
The coaches meeting will take place at 9:30pm following the Welcoming Party in the conference room at the Merlin Residence at Fanshawe College.
FACILITIES
All games will be played at Stronach Park located in London's North East end. The facility features five baseball diamonds, three of which will be used during the Championship. It is also home to Stronach Arena which will house the Tournament Headquarters. Teams will have access to the Stronach Park batting cages courtesy of the London Badgers and the London Lightning Softball program.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Athletes, coaches and officials will be staying at Fanshawe College in the Merlin Residence. Fanshawe College is a 5 minute walk to the park. Athletes and officials will stay in shared suites and each participant will have their own bedroom.

Breakfast will be supplied to all participants staying at Fanshawe College. A meal plan for lunch and dinner is available for entire teams who wish to participate in this program. The cost of the meal plan is a team expense. If you wish to participate in the meal plan, please email Justin Snively no later than July 15, 2014
UMPIRES & TOURNAMENT OFFICIALS
Umpires, supervisors, and Baseball Canada tournament officials will be staying at the Fanshawe College Residence. Breakfast will be provided each morning. Umpires will be staying 4 to a suite, each umpire with their own bedroom.
Umpires must arrive in London no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
Umpires and supervisors are requested to attend the Welcoming Party at East Park Golf and Water Park, transportation will be provided and group photos will be taken at East Park. Your supervisor will indicate the dress code for the Welcoming Party.
The umpires meeting will take place at 7:00pm following the dinner at East Park in the conference room at the Merlin Residence at Fanshawe College.
WELCOMING PARTY
The Host Committee has organized a Welcoming Party for all participants at East Park Golf Gardens. The party includes a Pizza Party courtesy of Domino's Pizza London and Coca Cola followed by games and go-carting. The night will be capped off with an hour of fun in East Park's Wally World Water Park. For more information about East Park, please visit their website.
