2. Wednesday August 24th Agenda
a) Teams Must check-in & register at Fanshawe College by no later than 4:00pm
b) Buses Leave Fanshawe College at 5:00pm Sharp
c) East Park Experience 5:30pm-8:30pm (Buses Leave at 8:30pm)
The Host Committee has organized a Welcoming Party for all participants at East Park Golf Gardens. The party includes a BBQ followed by games and go-carting. The night will be capped off with an hour of fun in East Park's Wally World Water Park. For more information about East Park, please visit their website.

3. Team & Umpire Accommodations
Athletes, coaches and officials will be staying at Fanshawe College in the Merlin Residence. Fanshawe College is a 5-minute walk to the park. Athletes and officials will stay in shared suites and each participant will have their own bedroom.

4. Meal Plan
Breakfast will be supplied to all participants staying at Fanshawe College. A meal plan for lunch and dinner is available for entire teams who wish to participate in this program. The cost of the meal plan is a team expense.
5. Facilities
a) Location
1221 Sandford St. London, ON
All games will be played at Stronach Park located in London's North East end. The facility features five baseball diamonds, three of which will be used during the Championship. It is also home to Stronach Arena which will house the Tournament Headquarters. Teams will have access to the Stronach Park batting cages courtesy of the London Badgers
