Updated Ray Carter Cup information - August 24.
Registration Table will be set up at 3 pm out the Galaxy Room at the hotel. Each Chef (or Head Coach) can stop in to pick up their bag of items including Participant passes for the team and coaches, team photos order sheets. Wristbands are available for purchase and pre-purchased wristbands can be picked up. Banquet tickets can also be purchased. Rush seating $10 for Tyler Smith includes doors opening about 7:00 pm.
For Opening Ceremonies, Teams are to gather at 5:40 in team apparel outside the Galaxy Room to prepare for Opening Ceremonies.
Parking at the Nutana Diamonds includes the school parking lots off Porter Street (West end - use McEowen Ave), Nutana Curling Club and the gravel main lot at Nutana Diamonds. For Thursday and Friday, there is no parking beside the white building at the entrance of the Nutana driveway or on the green space.

Coaches Pre-Championship Meeting ( 1 or 2 reps from each team are required): Wednesday, August 24th at 8:30 pm at the Travelodge Hotel
Umpire Pre-Championship Meeting: Will be hosted after the banquet on evening of August 24th. More details to come.
Host Reception and Opening Ceremonies: Banquet Wednesday, August 24 at 6:00 pm. Ticket Sales to be announced soon for guests.
Accommodation Information: Sean Coleman has emailed each team directly. He is just finishing off the umpire's information. Information for accommodations for guests can be found under accommodations.
