Teams, Umpires and BC Reps Must check-in & register at Fanshawe College by no later than 4:00pm

  • 5:30p: Buses Leave hotel for Pre-Tournament Banquet
  • 6:00p: Pre-Tournament Banquet
  • 9:00p: Coaches Meeting (Conference Room-TBA)
  • 9:30p: Umpires Meeting (Conference Room-TBA)

4. Team & Umpire Accommodations

Athletes, coaches and officials will be staying at Fanshawe College in the Merlin Residence.  Fanshawe College is a 5-minute walk to the Aldridge Field and 15-Minute drive to Labatt and Pulham Field.  Athletes and officials will stay in shared suites and each participant will have their own bedroom.

Baked Lasagna with Garlic Bread, Caesar Salad, Assortment of Chips & Pretzels, Assorted Whole Fruit and Assorted Cookies (2/person)

LUNCH:

Traditional Style Sandwich Lunch including a variety of Tuna, Salmon, Egg Salad, Black Forest Ham, Roast Beef and Canadian Cheddar on White, Whole Wheat or Rye Bread. Served with Garden Salad, Potato Chips and Assorted Dessert Squares

DINNER:

BBQ with choice of Jumbo Hotdog, Quarter Pound Burger, or Veggie Burger, served with Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Watermelon on Trays and Brownies

Grilled Chicken with BBQ Sauce, served with Herb Roasted Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Garden Salad, Assorted Breads & Spreads and Assorted Cookies (2/person)

Pasta Bar including two types of noodles and two types of sauce, served with Garlic Bread, Garden Salad, Assorted Whole Fruit and Assorted Cookies (2/person)

DINNER:
