Greetings from the 2024 Baseball Canada Women’s Organizing Committee!

We are pleased to welcome you to Quebec City this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championshipwill be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outline details regarding our championship so that your experience in Quebec City will be an enjoyable one. Once again, we are very pleased to be your hosts for this year’s Baseball Canada Women’s championship!

Team/Player Information

Arrival: Wednesday August 14th at 4:30 pm

Welcome Event – Wednesday August 14th at 6:00 pm at Stade Canac, 100 Rue du Cardinal-Maurice-Roy, Québec, QC G1K 8B3 (event still have to be confirmed).

Pre-Tournament Meeting – Wednesday August 14th at 5:00 pm at Stade Canac.

Team Photos – Thursday August 15^th between 5:30 and 7:00 at Stade Canac (schedule to come).

Opening and Closing Ceremonies

Opening Ceremonies will take place on Thursday August 15^th at 6:00 at Stade Canac.

Closing Ceremonies will take place on Sunday August 18^th at 2:30 at Stade Canac following the Gold Medal Game

Transportation

Teams are responsible for their own transportation during the event.

Accommodations

Accommodations must be made with officials at the Jaro Hotels & Services. They have 7 hotels available and 2 of them include breakfast. Hotels are all located less than 15-20 minutes from the fields. Please find attached ad. Please mention that you reserve rooms for the Canadian Senior Women’s Baseball Championship to get preferred rate. You have to reserve for 6 nights from August, 14^th through August 20^th (departure on Tuesday 20^tham).

Umpires

Arrival – Wednesday August 14th at 4:30 pm.

Umpire Meeting – Wednesday August 14th at 5:00 pm at Stade Canac, 100 Rue du Cardinal-Maurice-Roy, Québec, QC G1K 8B3.

Umpire Transportation

Transportation has been arranged to and from the airport and during the championship for all umpires. More details to come.

Umpire Accommodations

Umpires’ hotel will be communicated soon. All arranged accommodations are available from your arrival on August 14^th to your departure on August 20^th.
