OTTAWA – To honour the late Amanda Asay, Baseball Canada will formally retire her #19 from the Women’s National Team program at a ceremony in Nelson, BC prior to a Toronto Blue Jays Baseball Academy Youth Baseball Clinic being held in her memory on Sunday, May 15th.
OTTAWA – Baseball Canada and USA Baseball announced today plans for a five-game Women’s Baseball Friendship Series set to take place from July 28 – August 1 in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
OTTAWA - Baseball Canada would like to congratulate Women’s National Team athletes Claire Eccles (Surrey, BC), Alexane Fournier (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC) and Alli Schroder (Fruitvale, BC) on their invitations to participate in the Australian Women’s Baseball Showcase that will take place at the Geelong Baseball Centre in Geelong, Australia from May 5-8.
