Our 2024 Host Committee has teamed up with Fort McMurray Hotel Group for the Baseball Canada Cup event.
Alberta, Saskatchewan, Newfoundland and Labrador, Québec & Ontario will be staying at:

Reservations for the Event will be made by teams directly with the hotel Reservation Manager, Alexandra, by emailing reservations@fortmcmurrayhotels.ca.
Nomad is offering a complimentary bagged breakfast.
Merit offers the opportunity to include a hot buffet breakfast at a reduced rate of $10 per person. Please note that the addition of the buffet breakfast to your reservation is at the team’s own expense.
The Host Organizing Committee has reserved seven room for each team with a check-in of August 6th to a check-out on August 13th. These accommodations are covered by the Host Organizing Committee. Should a team wish to extend their stay to include August 5th or reserve one additional room beyond the allocated seven, they will be responsible for the associated cost. Upon arrival at the hotel, teams may need to sign a group conduct policy, and a valid non-prepaid credit card will be required at check-in to cover any potential incidentals.

The Family & Friends room block is held under Baseball Canada Cup Championship at a per night rate of $139 for a Standard room, or $149 for a King Suite until July 16, 2024. Breakfast can be added to your stay for $15/person. All rooms in this block are at the responsibility of the individual’s booking.

Umpires have rooms reserved from August 6th to a check-out on August 13th. Accommodations are based on double occupancy and will be paid for by the Host Organizing Committee. Your stay includes a complimentary breakfast. Room lists must be provided ten days in advance to the Host Organizing Committee.
Umpires are required to provide a valid non-prepaid credit card at check in to cover any incidentals that may be incurred.
