Hammonds Plains became the 11th team to take home gold this summer. Capital District won silver and bronze went to St. John's.

Ottawa, ON – The gold medal match-up is set in stone now that the round-robin has come to an end. Capital District and Hammonds Plains will face off in the finals after each coming out on top in their semi-final contests on Saturday. Sunday’s gold medal game in Mount Pearl, NL is scheduled for 1:00pm at Team Gushue field. St. John’s and Port City will play for bronze at 4:00pm.
