Accomodation Notes:

• Team Rooming Lists will need to be sent to Aaron Grass at least 3 weeks prior to the tournament.
• 8 Rooms held per team as Baseball Canada host Requirements. Hotel nights covered are 6 nights: Arrival Wednesday August 21^st – Departure Tuesday August 27^th.
• Extra Rooms / Nights will be at a cost to the individual / team.
• Room required for a bus driver for any team taking and keeping their own bus to have for the weekend will need to call and book a room for the bus driver themselves.
• We HAVE HELD MANY EXTRA ROOMS to make sure that we are covered for any extra room/night requirements but please let our hotel contact know as soon as you know if any additions are needed.
