On behalf of Baseball Quebec we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the 2012 Baseball Canada Midget Championships to be held from August 16th to Aug. 19th incl .in Quebec city, Quebec.

Team arrival
We would appreciate if all teams could arrive by 4pm on August 15th.
Ticket price
Admission for games are as follows:
$10.00 per day (access to both parks) $5.00 after 6pm.
$25.00 for week-end passes
Children under 14 are admitted free with an adult.
Games will be played at the Municipal Stadium and at Park Henri-Casault. Both fields are located on highway 73.
Team accomodation
Teams (18 players, 3 coaches and 1 chef de mission) will be housed at the Laval University Residences located on Laurier Blvd. in Quebec City. (check in Aug.15th - check out Aug. 21st, 2012.)
Local transportation will be provided for all teams to and from the Jean Lesage Airport to the University, as well as, to and from the baseball facilities for the competitions and other champtionship events. Teams arriving in buses are asked to use their own buses for transportation throughout the championship. Please confirm if you will be arriving by plane or bus 30 days prior to the championship.
Banquet and meal plan
There will be a banquet meal provided on Wednesday August 15th. Other than the banquet, all teams are responsible for their own meals. The university will be providing special team menues at a cost of $32.00 per person. Please confirm if you will be taking the meal package. Confirmation must be made 30 days prior to the championship by sending a cheque to the host committee payable to Baseball Quebec Federation.
The Meal Schedule is as follows:
Breakfast - 7am to 9am.
Lunch - 11:30am to 1:30pm.
Diner - 4:30pm to 6:30 pm.
Lunch bags are available on demand (24 hour notice)

Umpires
All umpires will be provided with a $40.00 per diem daily. There will be a room provided at each park.
A pre-championship meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 15th. at the Comfort Inn Airport Hotel- meeting room and time to be confirmed on site.
