Greetings from the 2025 Baseball Canada 19U Women’s Organizing Committee!
We are pleased to welcome you to Calgary this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championship will be a great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outlined details regarding our championship so that your experience in Calgary will be an enjoyable one. Once again, we are very pleased to be your hosts for this year’s BaseballCanada 19U Women’s National Championships!
Team/Player Information Arrival: July 30 at 4:00 pm
Welcome Event – Team BBQ @ 6:00pm in Webber Academy Athletic Park Banquet Hall. Casual dress code, attendance optional for players, coaches, and officials
Pre-Tournament Meeting – 5pm in the Webber Athletic Fieldhouse (main floor)

Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies will take place on Thursday July 31 @ 6pm on AGAT Field
Closing Ceremonies are the medal handouts and award presentations.
Transportation
For those teams planning on using their own bus or vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For those teams planning to utilize the host transportation: transportation will be provided from the airport to the hosthotel, and game day shuttles for players, coaches, and team personnel will be provided to and from the venue before andafter games.
Accommodations
Room blocks at hotels are set aside by the host however teams/provincial offices are responsible for managing their respective hotel blocks. If you are unsure of your hotel situation, it is recommended to reach out to your provincial baseball association as they have been in contact with the hosts and/or Baseball Canada to block rooms.

Transportation has been arranged to and from the airport and during the championship for all umpires.
