Team Accommodations Booking Instructions:

• Team Chef de Missions OR Manager are asked to contact Scott Gaudet (vp@summersidebaseball.ca) for booking team accommodations. Do not contact the hotel directly. Room blocks have been set aside.
• Each team is required to place 4 players per room and team staff should be at 2 per room if possible.
• 8-9 rooms should be enough to accommodate each team.
• A team rooming list is to be provided to Scott ASAP.
• Teams covers the entire cost of accommodations from check in on Wednesday, August 23rd until check out on Monday, August 28th (Or Tuesday, August 29th, should weather force a delay in our event).
• Teams are required to have a credit card upon check in at their hotel No credit card = No room card.
