3. Wednesday August 16th Agenda
a) Teams should check-in & register at Fanshawe College by no later than 6:00pm
b) Coaches Meeting 9:00pm (Conference Room-Merlin Residence)
c) Umpires Meeting 7:00pm (Conference Room- Merlin Residence)
4. Team & Umpire Accommodations
Athletes, coaches and officials will be staying at Fanshawe College in the Merlin Residence. Fanshawe College is a 5-minute walk to the Aldridge Field and 15-Minute drive to Labatt and Pulham Field. Athletes and officials will stay in shared suites and each participant will have their own bedroom.

5. Meal Plan
Breakfast will be supplied to all participants staying at Fanshawe College. A meal plan for lunch and dinner is available for entire teams who wish to participate in this program. The cost of the meal plan is a team expense.
