The Woodstock Minor Baseball Association, in collaboration with the city of Woodstock, is proud to host the 13U National Championship that will be held August 20-25, 2025 in Woodstock Ontario at Southside Park. This event will feature 12 teams made up of the best baseball players 13 years and under in all of Canada.
Host requests that all teams arrive at the airport by 12:00pm or at the hotel by 3:00pm Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Arrival at the hotel can be as late as 4:00pm, however 3:00pm is encouraged. Player, coach, chef-de-mission, umpire and official credentials will be provided Wednesday afternoon in advance of the Welcome Night activities. Players, coaches, chefs-de-mission, umpires and officials are requested to wear their credentials at all events and activities when not participating.
Welcome Night
All players, coaches, chefs de mission, umpires and officials are asked to attend the welcome event being held Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 4:30pm at Southside Park in the heart of Woodstock featuring:
Parents and others are invited to attend the welcome night events at no charge. Barbecue items will be available for purchase and a licensed beverage area will be available for those 19 and over.
Rawlings ICON Homerun Derby
All players and coaches are expected to be present at the Rawlings ICON Homerun Derby that will be begin Wednesday, August 20 at 5:30PM
The Rawlings ICON Homerun Derby will be West vs East. Team West includes BC1, BC2 AB, ON1, ON2 and Host. Team East includes QC1, QC2, NS, PE, NB and NL
Each team will nominate a batter to represent their provincial team. Each batter will select their own pitcher for the competition. The organizing committee will reach out to the head coach for batter and pitcher details.
Pre-Championship Meetings
The pre-championship coaches meeting will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 7:30pm at the Woodstock Holiday Inn
The pre-championship umpires meeting will be held Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at 8:00pm at the Woodstock Holiday Inn
Travel To Woodstock
All teams travelling as a group into theses airports will be picked up by the host:
* The host prefers London, Waterloo or Hamilton airports if possible
The host will reach out for flight schedules and other information in July / August
Livestream
Livestreaming of the event is available for purchase - Click Here. A full tournament pass is $40.00 and daily passes are $15.00. Personal cameras or other streaming devices may not be affixed to the backstop or other portions of the perimeter fencing.

The Championship will be held at Woodstock Southside Park East and West 192 Old Wellington St S, Woodstock, ON N4S 3L3.
Concessions
The tournament will be running a BBQ concession on site.

The tournament will also offer a beverage tent onsite for those 19 years of age and over.
There also may be food trucks in the park, however they are not associated with the tournament. We hope that you will consider eating at our concession or at one of the restaurants featured in our program.
Opening Ceremonies
All coaches and players must be present at the opening ceremonies that will be held on Thursday, August 22 at 6:00PM. Details regarding transportation and arrival times will be provided in advance of the event.
Tickets
All Baseball Canada Championships are ticketed events. All non-participant attendees are required to purchase tickets to attend*. Without this revenue, host organizations would not be able to operate these events. We thank you for your patronage!
* Entrance is free for children 12 years and under if they are accompanied by a paying adult.
Tickets are available for online purchase. Tickets purchased before Monday Aug 18, 2025, will be discounted by 10% by using the discount code "Early10"
