Greetings to All! We are looking forward to having all of you in our City and Province, for the
2019 Baseball Canada Cup Tournament!

Please read below carefully and in detail:

If you require extra rooms for your teams (above the 7 per team allocated) it is very important
that you book them immediately, because on August 10 there is a scheduled Garth Brooks
Concert here in Regina. Rooms are already being booked for this concert and there may be
a shortage of rooms in and around Aug 10. Regarding families/friends/fans/scouts....it is also
imperative you book your rooms now. Please click on the following link, and follow the instructions
for booking your Hotel Rooms. Note, that 2 block codes have been assigned. One for teams, and
the other for families/friends/fans/scouts. When booking the Hotel, please note to tell the Hotel
that you are with the 2019 Baseball Canada Cup, and give the appropriate block code provided.
The block codes are only good for the Regina Travelodge Hotel.
