OTTAWA - Baseball Canada is thrilled to announce the participants and mentors for the second year of the Women in Coaching Program! This initiative continues to grow, providing meaningful opportunities for women in baseball to develop their skills, build connections, and inspire change within the sport.
The 2025 Women in Coaching Program welcomes an outstanding group of women from across Canada, divided into three cohorts.
Cohort 1 Participants:
The first cohort features a group of coaches who will benefit from 1-on-1 mentorship, among other opportunities, with some accomplished figures in Canadian women’s baseball. This year’s mentors include:
The second cohort highlights emerging leaders in baseball who are looking to make significant contributions to the game. These participants will engage in specialized leadership sessions and peer-mentorship opportunities with an emphasis on technical skill development, leadership strategies, and growing the game.
Cohort 2 Participants:
The third cohort consists of 60 women, representing a diverse group of new and developing coaches eager to take the next step in their coaching journeys. While we can’t list every name here, we invite you to view the full roster in the link below:
