OTTAWA - Baseball Canada is pleased to announce that Kelsey McIntosh will serve the role of Director of National Programs beginning in November at the federation’s Ottawa offices.
This will be McIntosh’s second stint with Baseball Canada as he worked with the organization as Program Coordinator from 2010 to 2018 before moving to Ringette Canada where he’s fulfilled the role of Program Director for the last four years.
“I look forward to rejoining the Baseball Canada team and am excited to work with all stakeholders in designing, delivering and implementing quality programming for athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers,” said McIntosh. “With Baseball Canada working on a new strategic plan, I’m eager to play a role in shaping the future of the organization and baseball in Canada.”
In his time away from a Baseball Canada office role, McIntosh has stayed connected to the organization through work as a Baseball Canada representative during national championships.
The new position of Director of National Programs will see him manage Baseball Canada’s coach education, national championship, officials and grassroots programming efforts.
