Registration Now Open: Women in Coaching Program Year 3

Baseball Canada is excited to announce that registration is now open for Year 3 of the Women in Coaching Program – and this year, we’re doing things a little differently.

We’re moving away from cohorts and inviting all women and girls interested in coaching to join one united national community. Whether you're new to the game, working with grassroots teams, or already leading on the field, there’s a place for you here.

Open to all ages, skill levels, and experiences, this program is about connection, confidence, and creating a space where female coaches can thrive together. With over 200 women already having participated in the program since its launch, the impact is undeniable – and it’s growing.

What to expect in Year 3:

  • Free, virtual NCCP clinics led by experienced women in baseball
  • Hands-on learning in coaching strategies, leadership, and communication
  • A powerful peer network to learn from and lean on (optional monthly peer-mentorship)
  • Monthly leadership sessions where you get to hear from inspiring guest speakers

"We’ve heard so many stories of women who finished the program feeling more confident, more connected, and more equipped to lead," says Megan Cundari, Program Lead. "This isn’t just about coaching - it’s about creating space for women to see themselves in baseball, and to be seen by others. The feedback has been incredible, and we're building on that energy to reach even more women this year."

Whether this is your first time joining or you were part of a previous year – come back, stay connected, and keep growing with us. Register today and help us continue changing the game, together. The first session is on January 11th, 2026.
