Career: Drafted by the San Diego Padres in the 10th Round of the 2008 Amateur Draft. Made his MLB debut as a member of the Minnesota Twins in 2013 after signing with them as a Minor League Free Agent in 2011…Has had three different stints with the Twins (2013, 2016, 2021)…Has also appeared with the Blue Jays (2015) and Mariners (2017)…Pitched in Korea (2014 – Hanwha) and Japan (2018-2020 – Orix)…Has a career 4.58 ERA over 139.2 innings pitched in the big leagues
International: Has represented Canada eight times in international competition…Pitched for Team Canada at the World Baseball Classic in 2013 and 2017. Has won two gold medals with Canada at the Pan Am Games in 2011 and 2015, and one bronze at the Baseball World Cup in 2011.
