Hosting a National Championship

Hosting a Baseball Canada Championship is about more than bringing high-level competition to your community, it is an opportunity to create lasting impact.

Events such as the Women’s National Championship, 19U Women’s National Championship, 16U Girls Championship, 14U Girls Western Championship, and 14U Girls Atlantic Championship bring together
talented athletes from across the country while inspiring the next generation of girls in baseball.

These championships provide communities with increased visibility, economic benefits, and opportunities for volunteer engagement, while also helping strengthen local baseball programs. Most importantly, they
give young athletes the chance to see women and girls competing, leading, and succeeding at a high level.

By engaging in these opportunities, host communities become part of a growing movement to increase participation and representation in women’s baseball. Whether the goal is to grow the game or create meaningful community experiences, hosting a Baseball Canada Championship is an opportunity to make a difference both on and off the field.

When girls and women can see athletes who look like them achieving their goals, they are more likely to believe they can achieve those goals themselves, not only in sport, but in all aspects of life.
