We are pleased to welcome you to Summerside this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure thisyear’s championship will be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outline detailsregarding our championship so that your experience in Summerside will be an enjoyable one. Team/Player Information
Arrival: Wednesday, August 23rd at 4:00 pm
Welcome Event – Wednesday, August 23rd at 6:00 PM @ Credit Union Place
Pre-Tournament Meeting – Wednesday, August 23rd at 7:30 PM @ Credit Union Place
Team Photos - The photographer will be given a copy of your team schedule and will work with each team on site to ensure a team photo is taken at some point throughout the event.
Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies will take place on Thursday, August 24th at 7:00 PM on VIV Field at QEP
Closing Ceremonies will take place on Suday, August 27th directly following the Championship game on VIV field at QEP. Aprox start date would be 9:00 PM.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided from the airport to the host hotel. Game day shuttles for players, coaches,and team personnel will be provided to and from the venue before and after games. If teams plan onusing their own bus, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Participant Hotels: Rooms are on hold at both the Microtel Inn & Suites and Loyalist Country Inn. Tobook, teams must contact Vice Chairman & Asst. Arrival – Wednesday, August 23rd at 4:00 pm
Umpire Meeting – Will be communicated directly through theevent umpire supervisor, Rhonda Pauls.
Transportation
Transportation has been arranged to and from the airport and during the championship for all umpires.
