Please take the appropriate time to review the following details regarding our championship so your experience in Brandon will be an enjoyable one.
TEAMS: (Players, Coaches and Team Officials)
Teams must arrive in Brandon by Wednesday, August 18th by 3:00 pm

OPENING CEREMONIES: Simplot Millennium Park at 5:00 pm
BARBEQUE:
Players and Coaches, are asked to attend a Welcome Barbeque at Simplot Millennium Park at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, August 18th. Teams are encouraged to wear team attire.
GAME SITE:
All games will be played at Simplot Millennium Park. Practise fields are available.
MEETINGS:
The Pre-Championship Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, August 18th starting at 8:00 pm at the Royal Oak Inn. Each team is permitted only to send two (2) reps and their Provincial Rep.
UMPIRES:
Umpires must arrive in Brandon by Wed. August 18th by 4:00 pm
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Arrangements for rooms are at the Trails West Motor Inn, check-in 2:00 pm. There will be two umpires per room. Accommodations are available and paid by the host committee from August 18.
Individual umpires must arrange for and cover costs for earlier arrival and later departures.
TRANSPORTATION:
Umpires who are flying to Winnipeg; Plans will be made to ensure umpires are picked up at the Winnipeg International Airport on their arrival August 18th and will be returned prior to their departure. Please contact Ferlin Asham with your itinerary ferlinasham@hotmail.com
In addition, transportation arrangements have been made for the umpires for travel to and from their hotel to the ball diamonds prior to their assigned games.
BARBEQUE:
Umpires are asked to be at Simplot Millennium Park to attend a Welcome Barbeque at 6:00 pm on August 18, dress is casual. Umpires will receive a Meal Per Diem from the Host Committee upon arrival at the championship.

GAME TICKETS:
Prices are as follows: Day Pass $15.00 or Tournament Pass $30.00 will be available on site. Children 12 & Under No Charge.
