The City of Victoria and the Victoria HarbourCats welcome you! We look forward to hosting the event and will aim to make the experience a memorable one for all teams, players, staff and fans.
Teams: 9 Provincial representative teams and 1 Host. Further information on teams,
Arrival: All Teams and Coaches must be in Victoria, and checked into Hotel by 2:00pm on Wednesday, August 23.
Airport: Each Team will be picked up at Airport and bussed to the hotel, and to the “Harbour Derby” Home Run Derby that evening. Teams will be provided transport back to airport for departure. Please send us your arrival date and time 3-4 weeks before the start of tournament. (See contact information below)

Accommodations: All Players and coaches will be staying at either the Accent Inn (https://www.accentinns.com) or Hotel ZED (https://www.hotelzed.com), and will be notified which hotel they will be placed at, by the tournament committee. All tournament umpires will be staying at Paul’s Motor Inn (http://www.paulsmotorinn.com) Family and friends may book at any of those locations, or at the Rialto Hotel (http://www.hotelrialto.ca).
Transportation: All transportation during the tournament from host hotels to the playing fields and practice fields will be provided. Buses are for teams only. Note: All Teams will be taken by bus to their game 1.5 hours before start of game.

Opening Ceremonies: Thursday, Aug 24 at 6:15PM at Royal Athletic Park. Teams will be sent a complete schedule, timeline and details for the opening ceremonies & HR Derby (“Victoria Mobile Radio Harbour Derby at Ogden Point”) in advance of your arrival.
Home Run Derby: Wednesday, August 23 at 6:00PM at Ogden Point.
Coaches Meeting: Wednesday, August 23 at 9:00PM, at the Accent Inns meeting room. Meeting room details will be sent to teams in advance of your arrival and will also be available upon arrival at the host Hotel. Each team is allowed 2 representatives at the meeting.
Closing Ceremonies and Awards: Sunday, Aug 27 at Royal Athletic Park at the conclusion of the Gold medal game.
Fields: Royal Athletic Park (Field 1) and Lambrick Park (Field 2) are both located in Victoria. Royal Athletic Park is approximately 5 minutes from the host hotel. Lambrick Park is approximately 15 minutes from the host hotel.
Chef De Mission: Please provide us the contact information of the Chef De Mission of each team, including phone number and e-mail address ASAP but no later than 4 weeks before the start of the tournament. Contact us at the contact information at bottom of page.
Batting Cages/Practice Fields/Other: Batting Cages at Royal Athletic Park, and by schedule only. Please contact us ASAP but no later than 4 weeks before start of Tournament in order to make sure we meet your requests.

Restaurants/Shopping/Activities: All players, coaches, umpires are within minutes of a multitude of Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Movie Theatres, Drug Stores, and various amenities.

Tournament Pass $130-$150
Weekend Pass $65-$75
Day Pass $30-$45
Half Day Pass $20-$30
Single Game $12-$20
Tournament Memorabilia and Wearables: Baseball Canada, Tournament and Royals merchandise will be sold at Royal Athletic Park and the HarbourCats office (1814 Vancouver Street).
Amenities: Royal Athletic Park will have food truck vendors and concession on site with a variety of ballpark & entertainment style food. Lambrick Park (Field 2) will have concessions operated by Gordon Head Baseball, with restrooms. No alcohol at second field.
Alcohol: Bringing alcohol onto the premises is not allowed. All players, coaches, team members, officials and umpires are encouraged to participate in this tournament responsibly.
Safety/Security/Medical: There will be security at both locations. Medical staff will be on site at all baseball games. Please know where your children are at all times. No playing under stands or in bulpens. Unusual or dangerous behavior please report immediately to volunteers on site, security on site, or to police.
Lost Items: Report to Tournament Officials at Royal Athletic Park.
