Our 2025 Host Committee has put holds based on the room lists provided to Baseball Canada. The following teams have been assigned to the hotels as follows. Teams must reach out directly to the hotels to confirm their rooms 45 days prior to the event. If teams have not confirmed or put down a credit card for said rooms, they will be released.

The Host Organizing Committee has reserved rooms for each team with a check-in of August 13th to a check-out on August 19th. The number of rooms reserved was based on the requests provided to Baseball Canada. Upon arrival at the hotel, teams may need to sign a group conduct policy.
*As a reminder teams not utilizing the provided hotel options will be responsible for their own transportation for the event.

The Family & Friends room block is held under “Baseball Canada 18U Championship” at a per night rate of $149 for a Standard room, or $159 for a King Suite until July 14, 2025. Breakfast can be added to your stay for $15/person. All rooms in this block are at the responsibility of the individual’s booking.
