We are pleased to welcome you to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championship will be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outlined details regarding our championship so that your experience in Saskatoon will be an enjoyable one. Team/Player Information
Arrival: Day before beginning of competition at 4:00 pm

Opening and Closing Ceremonies will take place July 30th before the Feature Game.

Transportation
For those teams planning on using their own bus or vehicles, please let us know in advance so we
can plan accordingly. For those teams planning to utilize the host transportation: transportation will be provided from the airport to the host hotel, and game day shuttles for players, coaches, and team personnel will be provided to and from the venue before and after games.
Accommodations
Room blocks at hotels are set aside by the host however teams/provincial offices are responsible for managing their respective hotel blocks. If you are unsure of your hotel situation, it is recommended to reach out to your provincial baseball association as they have been in contact with the hosts and/or Baseball Canada to block rooms.
Accommodations for the event will be at Sandman Signature Saskatoon South Hotel. (306-477-4844 ext 3) For teams the cut off date for room block is June 25, 2026.

Welcome to Cairns Field, Saskatoon’s largest baseball facility boasting a spacious capacity of 5000. It’s the home of the Saskatoon Berries. Additionally, Cairns Field is the proud host of three Saskatoon teams—the U18AAA Saskatchewan Premier League and the Saskatoon Senior Men’s Baseball League. This well-lit facility is fully equipped for night games, featuring top-notch lighting and a functional scoreboard.
