Greetings from the 2025 Baseball Canada 19U Women’s Organizing Committee!
We are pleased to welcome you to Calgary this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championshipwill be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outlined details regarding our championship so that yourexperience in Calgary will be an enjoyable one. Once again, we are very pleased to be your hosts for this year’s BaseballCanada 19U Women’s National Championships!

Transportation
For those teams planning on using their own bus or vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For those teams planning to utilize the host transportation: transportation will be provided from the airport to the hosthotel, and game day shuttles for players, coaches, and team personnel will be provided to and from the venue before andafter games.
Accommodations
Room blocks at hotels are set aside by the host however teams/provincial offices are responsible for managing their respective hotel blocks. If you are unsure of your hotel situation, it is recommended to reach out to your provincial baseball association as they have been in contact with the hosts and/or Baseball Canada to block rooms.
