Teams, Umpires and BC Reps Must check-in & register at the Quality Inn Hotel (Lobby), no later than 4:00pm

4:30 pm- Transportation will leave the hotel for Sanscartier Park.  For the Banquet/ Opening ceremonies and Homerun Derby

5:00 pm- Banquet

6:00 pm- Coaches Meeting (Conference room at Sanscartier Park)

7:00 pm- Umpires Meeting (Conference room at Sanscartier Park)

4. Teams Accommodations

Athletes and coaches will be staying at Quality Inn and suites Hotel, a maximum 10 minutes drive to the Sanscartier Park.  Athletes and coaches will have full access to Gym Max, right next door to the hotel.
