Greetings from the 2026 Baseball Canada Men’s Nationals Organizing Committee!
We are pleased to welcome you to Miramichi this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championshipwill be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outlined details regarding our championship so that yourexperience in Miramichi will be an enjoyable one. Once again, we are very pleased to be your hosts for this year’s BaseballCanada Men’s National Championship!
Team/Player Information
Arrival: Wednesday, August 19th at 4:00 pm
Welcome Event – Wednesday, August 19th at Ironmen Field. Light snacks and refreshments will be served
Pre-Tournament Meeting – Date/Time TBA, location Rodd Miramichi hotel
Team Photos – Date/Time TBA
Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies will take place prior to the 8pm Atlantic time game on Thursday, August 20th
Closing Ceremonies will take place following the Gold Medal Game on Sunday, August 23rd, time TBD
Transportation
For those teams planning on using their own bus or vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. For those teams planning to utilize the host transportation: transportation will be provided from the Moncton, NB airportto the host hotel, and game day shuttles for players, coaches, and team personnel will be provided to and from the venuebefore and after games.
Accommodations
Room blocks at hotels are set aside by the host however teams/provincial offices are responsible for managing their respective hotel blocks. If you are unsure of your hotel situation, it is recommended to reach out to your provincial baseball association as they have been in contact with the hosts and/or Baseball Canada to block rooms.
Accommodations for the event will be at various hotels located in the city, these are listed in the Accommodations tab of the Men’s National Championship website. For questions related to team accommodations, please reach out to the organizing committee
Live Streaming
Streaming for the tournament will be available for a fee through the Chatham Ironmen website. Details on pricing will follow closer to the event

Transportation
Transportation has been arranged to and from the airport and during the championship for all umpires.
