All teams have been selected for the Greco Baseball Canada Midget Boys Championship to be played in Summerside and Tignish from August 24 - 27. Ontario will be represented by the Mississauga South West Twins, Saskatchewan’s representative will be the Saskatoon Sun Devils, the Halifax Mets will represent Nova Scotia, the Bonivital Black Sox won the right to be Manitoba’s representative, the Mount Pearl Blazers will wear the colors from Newfoundland, the Fredericton TNT Royals will be traveling from New Brunswick, the Victoria Mariners hope to bring the championship back to British Columbia, the Edmonton Cardinals will represent Alberta, the host province will be represented by the PEI Midget AAA Islanders and Team Quebec round out the ten teams vying for the national championship.
