Greetings From Beautiful Victoria, British Columbia!

The 2006 Baseball Canada Pee Wee Championship will take place in Victoria August 24-27, 2006.

"We are delighted to have the opportunity to host the Pee Wee AAA National Baseball Championship in Victoria. This event will showcase the best 11 to 12 year old baseball players in Canada and raise the profile of youth athletics within the province," said Carol Ogborne, 2006 Pee Wee AAA Baseball National Championship Tournament Director.

This is the first time that a Baseball Canada Championship has taken place on Vancouver Island and more than 750 players, coaches and family members are expected to attend.

The Tournament will bring together 10 provincial championship teams from across Canada plus the host Team Victoria. Thirty-two games will be played over four days, at Carnarvon Park and Lambrick Park.
