It is with a sad heart that we report that former Baseball Canada President Richard Belec passed away today. This long time developer of baseball in his home province of Quebec and a driving force on the international baseball scene was most recently inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 2003. He will be sadly missed by the Baseball Canada family.
