The Junior National Team’s Dominican Professional Academy Tour is underway as the program continues to prepare for its debut in the 2025 MLB Draft League.
OTTAWA – Baseball Canada is pleased to announce the names of 28 athletes who’ve been invited to attend the Junior National Team’s Dominican Professional Academy Camp from May 13-21 in the Dominican Republic.

OTTAWA – Baseball Canada announced today an expansion of the Junior National Team Schedule for 2025. The Junior National Team will play six exhibition games against MLB Draft League teams from June 10-15, 2025. The Frederick Keys and West Virginia Black Bears will host all games, with the Junior National Team playing two games against each of the Keys, Black Bears and State College Spikes. The MLB Draft League, entering its fifth season, has become the premier destination for Draft-eligible players each summer.
Baseball Canada’s Junior National Team is set to kick off its 2025 campaign with the annual Extended Spring Training Camp, running from April 16 to April 24 in Dunedin, Florida. This annual event serves as a crucial development opportunities for the country’s top amateur talent as they prepare to represent Canada on the international stage.
