The Premier Baseball Association is a non- profit organization that provides the governance and administration for thirty-nine (39) high performance baseball teams to participate in provincial competition. These teams are divided into three (3) divisions: bantam premier, junior premier, and senior premier. Teams in each division play a league schedule of 40-48 games from April to August that culminates in a provincial championship. This is a high school league that was launched in 1995 as baseball was not offered as a high school sport. The association is entering the twenty-seventh (27th) year of competition and is referred to as the British Columbia Premier Baseball League (BCPBL).
