LOYALIST COUNTRY INN & CONFERENCE CENTRE The booking cut-off date is 18th June 2026. Call our Reservations Department at 902-436-3333 or by calling our toll-free number at 1-800-361-2668. After this date, any unreserved rooms remaining in the block will be released for resale. Additional bookings after this date, will be subject to availability.

Please book your rooms by July 6, 2026. At that time, any rooms not picked up by the group will be released. Rooms will be blocked off, and each room will be booked and paid for individually under the group name, Ray Carter Cup 2025 National Baseball Tournament. This rate is applicable Aug 18-25, 2026. Any rooms not reserved by July 6, 2026, will then be released, and any further bookings will be based on availability at that time. We cannot guarantee availability or rate after the group block is released.

The host hotel for all participants will be the Quality Inn & Suites. This location offers a free daily hot breakfast, and the Ray Carter Cup rate is $189.99 per night.
Beginning Monday, April 6th, you can call the hotel directly (1-902-436-2295) and secure the rooms for your teams. Rooms must be held with the PSO or a team reps credit card. Please be prepared to have a credit card ready when claiming your team's rooms. You will not be charged and can transfer to the team's credit card once team reps are determined.
