Greetings from the 2024 Baseball Canada Women’s Organizing Committee!
We are pleased to welcome you to Quebec City this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championshipwill be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outline details regarding our championship so that your experience in Quebec City will be an enjoyable one.
Team/Player Information
Arrival at Stade Canac, 100 rue du Cardinal-Maurice-Roy, Québec, QC G1K 8B3: Wednesday August 14 at 4:30 pm.
Pre-tournament meeting : Wednesday August 14 at 4:45 pm. at Stade Canac.
Welcome event: banquet on the terrace of Stade Canac: Wednesday August 14 at 5:30 pm at Stade Canac. From 6:30 pm, a baseball game of the best 16U female players in the province of Quebec will take place on the Stade Canac field.
Team Photos – Thursday August 15th between 5:30 and 7:00 at Stade Canac (schedule to come).
Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies will take place on Thursday August 15th at 6:00 pm at Stade Canac.
Closing Ceremonies will take place on Sunday August 18th after the Gold Medal Game which is scheduled at 7:00 pm at Parc Henri-Casault (5395 4e Avenue O, Québec, QC G1H 5C4).
Transportation
Teams are responsible for their own transportation during the event.
Accommodations
Accommodation must be arranged with Jaro Hotels & Services. It is a chain of 7 hotels located in Quebec city and rates of 2 of them include breakfast. The hotels are all located within 15-20 minutes of the grounds. You will find more information in the Accommodation tab of this website. Please mention that you are reserving rooms for the Canadian Senior Women's Baseball Championship to obtain a preferential rate pre-negotiated for you (rates are indicated within Accomodation tab of this website). Umpires

Umpire Meeting: Wednesday August 14th at 5:00 pm at Stade Canac.
Umpire Transportation
Transportation has been arranged to and from the airport and during the championship for all umpires. More details to come.
Umpire Accommodations
Umpires’ hotel will be communicated soon. All arranged accommodations are available from your arrival on August 14th to your departure on August 20th.
