Greetings from the 2024 Baseball Canada Women’s Organizing Committee!
We are pleased to welcome you to Quebec City this summer! Plans are well on their way to ensure this year’s championshipwill be great one. Please take the appropriate time to review the outline details regarding our championship so that your experience in Quebec City will be an enjoyable one.
Important information regarding shoe restrictions: please take note that at Parc Henri-Casault, you cannot play with metal cleats but it is possible at Stade Canac. Rubber cleats are permitted at Parc Henri-Casault.
Please note that players, coachs and umpires will get free passes for the duration of the Championship.

Arrival at Stade Canac, 100 rue du Cardinal-Maurice-Roy, Québec, QC G1K 8B3: Wednesday August 14 at 5:00 pm.
Pre-tournament meeting : Wednesday August 14 at 5:15 pm. at Stade Canac.
Welcome event: banquet on the terrace of Stade Canac: Wednesday August 14 at 5:30 pm at Stade Canac. From 7:00 pm, a baseball game of the best 16U female players in the province of Quebec will take place on the Stade Canac field.

Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Opening Ceremonies will take place on Thursday August 15th at 6:00 pm at Stade Canac.
Closing Ceremonies will take place on Sunday August 18th after the Gold Medal Game which is scheduled at 7:00 pm at Parc Henri-Casault (5395 4e Avenue O, Québec, QC G1H 5C4).
Transportation
Teams are responsible for their own transportation during the event.
Accommodations
Accommodation must be arranged with Jaro Hotels & Services. It is a chain of 7 hotels located in Quebec city and rates of 2 of them include breakfast. The hotels are all located within 15-20 minutes of the grounds. You will find more information in the Accommodation tab of this website. Please mention that you are reserving rooms for the Canadian Senior Women's Baseball Championship to obtain a preferential rate pre-negotiated for you (rates are indicated within Accomodation tab of this website). Umpires
Arrival at Stade Canac, 100 Rue du Cardinal-Maurice-Roy, Québec, QC G1K 8B3: Wednesday August 14th at 4:30 pm.
Umpire Meeting: Wednesday August 14th at 4:45 pm at Stade Canac.
Umpire Transportation
Transportation has been arranged to and from the airport and during the championship for all umpires. More details to come.

Umpires’ hotel is Hôtel Normandin Quebec City located at 4700, boulevard Pierre-Bertrand Québec (Québec) G2J 1A4. All arranged accommodations have been done from your arrival on August 14th to your departure on August 20th.
