Baseball Canada Cup set to begin in Alberta

LONDON, ON – Ten teams will meet in Fort McMurray, Alberta, for the 2024 Baseball Canada Cup, which will run from August 7-11 at Ross Hennigar Ball Park and Legacy Dodge Field at Shell Place.

In last year’s edition of the tournament, held in Regina, Saskatchewan, Ontario captured the gold medal after an 11-8 victory against British Columbia, while the hosts defeated Québec to win bronze.

How to follow all the action:

WHAT:

Baseball Canada Cup at Ross Hennigar Ball Park and Legacy Dodge Field at Shell Place in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

WHEN:

Action starts on Wednesday, August 7th, with round-robin play running until Friday, August 9th. Two quarterfinal matchups are set for Saturday evening, followed by semifinal and medal games on Sunday, August 11th.

WHO:

Ten teams representing the ten provinces are battling in Alberta.
