KISSIMMEE, FL – Baseball Canada’s national senior team lost 9-1 to Puerto Rico, Sunday, in the squad’s first of three exhibition games in preparation for the Americas Olympic Qualifier next week.
The test, which was part of Canada’s five-day training camp came less than 24 hours after players arrived in Kissimmee from their respective clubs in Canada, the United States and as far away as Taiwan.
