Teams are requested to arrive in Brandon no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15th, 2018.
Activities are being planned for teams on Wednesday August 15th, including a Welcome Barbeque and a Geocacheing activity. Details will be sent to the participating teams once the teams have been determined.

TOURNAMENT VENUE
All games will be played at Simplot Millenium Park, 14511 Richomond Ave. East, Brandon Mb, R7A 7L5.. This complex contains two diamonds which will be used for play, Diamond #1 and Diamond #5. There are also 2 other diamonds that are available for practice and warm up, as well as batting cage area with 4 batting cages. The park concession will be open through the tournament. Washrooms are also available on site.

WELCOME BARBEQUE
Brandon Minor Baseball will be hosting a Welcome Barbeque for all teams including players and officials at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15th, at Simplot Millenium Park main building area, that will include cheeseburgers, hotdogs, potato salads, chips and drink and a possible guest speaker at 5:30 pm. There will be NO COST to anyone attending the banquet. The attendance of all players and coaches is requested. Pre-order forms for tickets to the Welcome Barbeque will be sent to each team once the teams are known.
A Team Geocaching activity/event be held at 7:00pm at Simplot Millenium Park. Details of this competition will also be sent to all teams.
OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony will take place at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 15th at Simplot Millenium Park Diamond #1 . All teams, umpires and officials are expected to participate and are asked to be at the ball park an hour early. Please bring your provincial flag.
MEETINGS
The Pre-Championship Coaches Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 15th 2017 at 5:00 pm at Simplot Millenium Park main building.
Each team is permitted to send two (2) representatives per team and their provincial representative.
UMPIRES
Umpires should arrive in Brandon on Wednesday.
Umpires are invited to attend the Welcome BBQ at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday August 16th, at Simplot Millenium Park.
Accommodation for Umpires has been arranged at the Motel 6, Brandon. There will be two umpires per room. Accommodations are available and paid for by the Host Committee from August 15 to August 21 (6 nights).
Individual umpires must arrange and cover costs for earlier arrival and later departures.
TICKET PRICES
Weekend Pass: ($30) Admission for one person for the entire 4-5 days of the event.
Day Pass: ($10) Single day admission on the day of purchase only - must be purchased at gate
National Westerns Program: ($10) One Program of events, teams and schedule.
Door Prize Ticket: One entry into the door prize draw for a custom made baseball gift - ONLY available through pre-purchase packages.
