On behalf of the membership of Baseball Canada, I am pleased to welcome all participating teams to this Baseball Canada 13U National Western Championship.

The tournament committee has put a great deal of time and effort into preparation for this event to ensure that your stay will be a very enjoyable one.

I feel confident that all players, coaches and officials will return to their provinces with many good memories of Fort McMurray and a successful championship.

I thank the tournament committee and the city of Fort McMurray for hosting this prestigious event and wish you every success in this endeavour.
