AGUASCALIENTES, Mexico – The Canadian Women’s National Team launched its first two home runs of the COPABE Women’s World Qualifier on Thursday, but dropped its second game of the tournament, falling to Venezuela 12-3.
AGUASCALIENTES, Mexico – After three wins to open the COPABE Women’s Baseball World qualifier, the Canadian Women’s National Team dropped its first game of the tournament in a 21-4 lopsided loss to Team USA on Wednesday.
AGUASCALIENTES, Mexico – After cruising through their first two wins of the COPABE Women’s World Cup qualifier, the Canadian Women’s National Team faced a tough test against Cuba on Tuesday, but fought back from a late deficit to secure a 7-5 win for the squad’s third victory of the event.
Plenty of trophies were handed out on Sunday and Monday at the National Championships. British Columbia, Ontario, and Québec squads secured multiple medals across the country. All of the tournament’s host cities also made a medal game appearance, with Gatineau (21U Mens) and Cloverdale (13U National Western) winning Silver Medals.
