WASHINGTON, DC – The development series between Baseball Canada’s Women’s National Team Program and USA Baseball’s Women’s National Team Development Program concluded with the US taking both ends of a split-squad doubleheader at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Development Complex.

WASHINGTON, DC – Jenna Flannigan (Cornwall, ON) smacked three doubles and drove in three runs to lead the Women’s National Team to a 12-5 win over USA Baseball’s Women’s Development Program at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy. The game was declared official due to inclement weather after play was halted in the top of the seventh.
WASHINGTON, DC – A day after taking two games to start the Canada/USA summer development series, the Women’s National Team fell, 8-4, to the US Women’s National Team Development Program at the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy.
WASHINGTON, DC – Edmonton’s Madison Willan made history becoming the first player in Women’s National Team program history to hit an out of the park homer after she belted a 3-run shot at the Washington Nationals Youth Academy on day one of the summer development program.
OTTAWA – Baseball Canada is pleased to announce the names of 31 athletes invited to participate in the Women’s National Team’s 2017 summer program. The athletes were selected from the Women’s Invitational Championships in Windsor, Ontario that was won by Ontario after a 15-8 win over Alberta in the gold medal contest.
