OTTAWA-Twenty-four games across four different Baseball Canada National Championships were played today as the second week of championship season began earlier today.
OTTAWA- At the 18U National Championship in Magog, Graham Bailey (Surrey) and Liam Campbell (Chilliwack) of BC combined on a no-hitter in a 9-0 win over Newfoundland and Labrador as action kicked-off today at four different National Championships.
OTTAWA – After a very successful Baseball Canada Cup last week in Saskatoon, National Championship season kicks in to high gear starting tomorrow with not one, not two, not three, but four tournaments scheduled to kick off tomorrow morning. Get ready for some baseball, Canada!
OTTAWA-For the first time since 2011, two Canadians will play in the prestigious Under Armour All-America Game, powered by Baseball Factory at Wrigley Field in Chicago as Junior National Team outfielder Demi Orimoloye (Orleans, ON) will join teammate Josh Naylor (Mississauga, ON) on August 16th for the game that features the top rising high school senior eligible for the 2015 MLB First-Year Player Draft.
OTTAWA- Kyle Ross (Maple Ridge, BC) came within one out of a complete-game shutout, but in the end the gold medal was all that mattered as he led BC to a 5-1 victory over Alberta to win the Baseball Canada Cup.
OTTAWA- The playoff picture became a little clearer as day three of the Baseball Canada Cup took place today at Cairns and Leakos Field’s in Saskatoon.

OTTAWA- After 13 weeks of voting, the winner of Baseball Canada’s 50 for 50 contest has been decided and the gold medal winning 1991 National Youth Team takes the honour as the top moment in the 50-year history of Baseball Canada!
OTTAWA- The Baseball Canada Cup got underway earlier today with seven games played between Cairns Field and Leakos Field in Saskatoon.
OTTAWA-Since 1989, the Baseball Canada Cup has brought together some of the top 17 and under baseball talent in Canada together to decide a National Champion.
