Cary, North Carolina- USA Blue scored 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th, erasing a 3-1 deficit, to earn a 4-3 victory over the Women’s National Team as the International Friendship Series continued.
OTTAWA- Baseball Canada is pleased to announce the names of 20 players who will make-up the 2011 Women’s National Team. The roster was chosen after the recent Senior Women’s Invitational where Québec took home the gold medal.

OTTAWA- Stade Fernand-Bédard in Trois-Riviéres, Québec has advanced to the semi-final round in Canada’s Favourite Ballpark contest. During the past week, Stade Fernand-Bédard received 51.39% of the total votes making them the Week 3 winner.
NORTH YORK- It was a battle between Québec and Ontario in both the Bantam Girls and the Senior Women’s Invitational gold medal games and each province came away with a win. At the Senior Women’s event Québec capped an undefeated tournament with a 7-3 victory over Ontario in the gold medal game, while in the Bantam Girls championships game it was Ontario beating previously unbeaten Québec by a score of 11-8.
